Unforgiven DVD - can't find the trailers

I viewed the Clint Eastwood Collection Unforgiven DVD a few days ago and
couldn't find the 2 trailers advertised on the jacket. This is evidently
a Warner 2000 release, UPC 85391 25312.

When I played this in my Momitsu DVD-V880 DVD player, the movie played
automatically and I was unable to access any menu options until the
movie came to a halt at the end of the credits. Then I saw no option to
see the trailers, just:

Jump to a Scene
Cast/Production Notes
Awards
Film Suggestions
Languages
Subtitles

The same thing happens whether I watch the widescreen or standard side
of the DVD.

Did they goof when they produced this DVD, is there something weird
about my DVD player, or is this "operator error?" Thanks!
