The film uses BOTH aspect ratios. I actually just got done watching it.
The first disc is the "family friendly" version, but the second disc is the
original aspect ratio of 2.35:1, both discs are anamorphic. I watched the
2.35:1 on a widescreen television, and it looked outstanding.
