I have a new HP DVD 400i DVD burner and a pinnacle AV capture card with
analog S video imputes I can capture the Hi 8 tapes but they are real herky jerky when played back When I burned my first DVD this jumpy video and audio transferred to the DVD. I am NOT dropping frames I have the preview turned OFF I'm running WN98 2.4 G Pent 4 & Just defragged a week ago. What's wrong? JB Jim S |
