Anyone else notice any glitches in the Sports Night set?

I'm getting some weird artifacting - like opaque blocks of green near the
top of the frame from time to time and this thing where the subtitles stop
advancing, sticking on one line and rendered suddenly with big, ugly black
and green strokes.

I'd be inclined to chalk it up to my bargain-basement equipment were it not
for the fact that it happens on both DVD decks (an Initial portable and an
Apex......erm, non portable, I guess) while my other discs still play
flawlessly.

Did I maybe just get a bad set?

I had the first episode freeze up on me as well.

It is a Disney DVD and they are often glitchy on some players.
