Default DVD Standalone recorder/player question ???


Do they make standalone dvd players/recorders that also record in
vcd/svcd format???

Not that 'also' record. There are a number of stand alone recorders of VCD
SVCD. Terrapin, for example.

I was wondering if they have ever put the 2 mediums together as of
yet. That would make a very good top set player/recorder.
