Default SCART (RGB) -> SVIDEO (Y/C) Converter, does it exist?

Is there a product that takes an SCART (RGB) video signal from a
satellite receiver or DVD player (with SCART out) and convert it to an
SVIDEO signal with seperate chroma luminance and chroma (Y/C) signals?
To connect to a TV with SVIDEO inputs.

I am aware of this device http://www.svideo.com/scartoutpro1.html which
I am told by the guys at svideo.com it only takes an SCART (COMPOSITE
not RGB) signal.

Thank you in advance.

A quick google search yields this: http://www.rgbtosvideo.com/index.htm
which would seem to do the job but it's 75GBP

Adios,
