TV, for example. But some stars get lots of free publicity simply by
going about their daily routines.

Michael Jackson's current media coverage coincided suspiciously with the
Tuesday, November 18th release date of his new CD and DVD releases.
Jackson has been the lead story of every newscast and front page since
the latest sexual misconduct "allegations" were made public.

Now, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez seem to be getting back together a
few days before the December 9, 2003 release date of their _Gigli_ DVD.
The timing of this unexpected pre-nuptial redux will also create
interest in the March 19, 2004 theatrical release of _Jersey Girl_.
Sales of Jen's _The Wedding Planner_ DVD might also get a boost.

All of this free publicity creates a win-win situation for Michael
Jackson as well as Ben and Jen. But is it accidental, or planned?
