I'm having a problem with the Showbiz software that came bundled with the HP
DVD moviewriter dc3000.
Showbiz is crashing when I try to put transitions into a video. I get a
message from XP that says something like "Showbiz has encounterer a problem
and must close".

I called HP but got no resolution after talking to 4 reps for a total of
about 4 hours over 4 days.

I called Arcsoft tech support and was told they were aware of the problem
and were making a fix. I believe he said is was just an XP problem.

Other that this problem, the DVD works great and the Showbiz software seems
pretty good too. I have to fool around with it a little more to get a good
feel for how good it is.
