Updates: Was "Durabrand STS75E, hackable or not?"

Posts: n/a
I just nailed it down, the Durabrand/Venturer STS75E is virtually the same
as the Goodman GDVD-135 and Venturer STS21AAS-10 .

Open the tray
Press 8, 1, 3, 2 and 8
The region menu will appear, then press enter until region 9 is selected and
press Play
The unit will now be multi region

To play VCDs, press 0, 0, 0, 1 while the tray is open, and press play. That
should enable VCD playback (tested it myself, it seems to work fine).
