I've done $8000 worth of business with both Amazons and never had
trouble. If an order is "Packaging" then it's too late. But if it's
still on order, cancel it then get from somewhere else. If there's a
grey area about your waiting time then Email them. A truly late
preorder is very much the excepton. Huh, I even have DVD's, books,
and tapes in my possession for which Amazon has given me a refund due
to problems with the items. They took my word for it.

Give Amazon.ca and .com the benefit of the doubt, they have truly
excellent customer service.
