Well I called Disney Tech support and they had me unplug my dvd so it
resets. The tech guy claims that a dvd player will store info on the
player's hard drive and unplugging it, will erase the info. Is it true a dvd
player will store previous info from dvds? I never heard about this before,
but it seemed to help.
