Default RUSCICO - War & Peace: Available or not?

Having seen chat about it here, went to the site today to order a copy ...
http://www.ruscico.com/detail_eng.php?link=22
.... Note ...
PAL: not available
NTSC: not available
.... and no order button at the bottom of the page.

Compare with, say, Dersu Uzala ...
http://www.ruscico.com/detail_eng.php?link=36
.... which has ...
PAL: available
NTSC: available
and the order button (I presume that's what it is, my firewall thinks it's
an AD, but when I click it the item goes into my cart).

So if not from here, where did the previous commentators get their copies,
and how much did they cost?

There's an American release -- I believ it's on Image. Check Amazon.

Sounds a bit of a mess, but it wouldn't affect me though as I woud choose
Russian with English subtitiles. I never did like dubbing, and I
particularly remember not liking the dubbing on this film when I originally
saw it on its release in the 60s.

But thanks for the warning anyway ...
