changing data encryption

I am trying to chnage the data encryption and in the help section it tells
me to do the following
To configure identity authentication and data encryption settings for a VPN
connection

1.. Open Network Connections.
2.. Click the VPN connection you want to configure, and then, under
Network Tasks, click Change settings of this connection.
3.. On the Security tab, do one of the following:
The only problem have no security tab
