Wireless Networking - network connection dropped from 100mbps to 54mbps,why |

network connection dropped from 100mbps to 54mbps,why
Anyone know what could cause my wireless connection on my laptop to drop
from 100mbps to 54mbps? I reformatted the main drive on my other computer, which was a desktop, but I never unplugged the dsl modem. So I don't know what could have caused it. John Wilson |

I do not know where the 100MB/sec. came from; mainstream 802.11g Wireless is 54MB/sec. Jack (MVP-Networking).
