low-light 1 lux +/- good lens pocket size ??

been looking for something that can get decent results inside houses,
events, at night... available light, not using flash - iso 800 or better...
pocket size... AA batteries...

nearest thing (except for batteries) I've found so far is the Sony DSC-V1
but it's pretty expensive
