It appears that some "dust" has gotten inside the Lens of my Fuji 6900zoom.
Is there a way to clear this without "opening" the whole camera? It's
definitely on the Lens. So far it's not affecting my pictures but it may do
soon.

All camera lenses have dust in them. It won't effect your pictures now or
in the future. Don't try to open the camera because there is no need to do
that. Just forget about it and keep on shooting pics.
