I found a legit way to get Microsoft Picture It! Express 7.0.

Go to Best Buy and pick up an MSN 8.0 CD
Go home, put it in your computer, browse the cd to the MSN folder,
then the sub folder PictureIt.

Run the setup from the PictureIt folder, Install.

No serial or anything needed.

I thought the MSN 8.0 CD was free everywhere just like the AOL CDs.
