Autmating cgi/perl scripts for html pages

Hi,

I'm looking for some kind of software which can give cgi/perl scripts
autmatically based on the user input to the web page so that each web
page can be made dynamic page once the software gives the server side
scripts.

Immediate responsed on this highly appreciated.
