VHDL - SRAM access times

Default SRAM access times


hello everybody
iam new member to your group.
i have one dought, in my project i need to access 3 different
memeories(SRAM) ( and some small delays ,presently we can neglect these
delays.).
so what is maximum speed i can run with 3 memories. and what is the
maximum speed for single memory.

Quite an expensive design... 3(!) memories...

That depends strongly on your target architecture and the way you code it.

Look at the data sheet of the memory.
