Freetalk billing issues

For all Freetalk customers out there, I would go over your bills (which
have finally started arriving) with a fine-tooth come. I've found
approx. 30 of billing errors on mine -- from duplicated monthly
charges, to charges for calls to landline numbers being charged at
mobile rates.

No billing problems here with Freetalk mind you I never make any
chargeable calls the only grumble I have with FT is the 0871 contact
number, never had cause to use it but it narks all that same .

The problem seems to be calls to 023 92 (Portsmouth) and 023 80
(Southampton) are being charged as mobile calls, vs. landlines.

Name me one phone company that no one has never had billing problems
with and I will guarantee you temperatures of 90 degrees in London on
Christmas day .
Christ this guy would have really had something to complain about had
he signed up with Localhell sorry Localtel some years ago now that was
some rip off company .

I expect all phone companies have had problems at some point with
billing. I have just been very lucky and homecall have never billed me
wrong yet.

I used Localtel, I had no problem with them, the internet was a bit crap
until world online took them over and then it was great.
then Tiscali too them over and it got worse again.

my books.

I quite agree on a par if not slightly better than Vonage and in any
case why did he wait for his bill to arrive you can check your call
charges on line day by day .I used to like Voiphone but of late they
have gone all to cock you call them about something and they promise
to ring back the same day been waiting two weeks so for a call back.
In my opinion they have grown to quickly or tried to do so and the
service provided has now gone very poor .
