The JustDial account is now sorted - I think I had to wait for the
Direct Debit to be set up by them, but they didn't explain that when
they sent the original email saying my account was set up.
They sent me their reply with the ATA-486 set up details within 24

Thanks. I think I'm alright now as JD replied with the settings. Only
trouble is they say the ATA-486 needs to be at least 18.104.22.168 firmware -
mine is 22.214.171.124 and I can't seem to get it upgraded for some reason.

Those that I sent to "customer services" I've not had a rely to, but the
one sent to "support" re the Grandstream box I did get a 24 hour reply.
