PAP2 disconnect DSL Modem

Hi I have problem, when i surfing in the internet all work ok (
connected 0-24h)! but when i make calls (sound quality is excellent
with broadband adapter linksys PAP2, every 1-2 minute the router/ds
modem "Siemens Gigaset SE515 DSL" disconnect me from the internet
why?
