Vonage Softphone behind a firewall that I have no control over

Hello all. Thanks for looking at this.

I am interested in getting my softphone working behind a firewall that I
have no control over. In the past when I have needed to do things like
this, I could port forward required ports to a box I do have control
over using ssh and all is well. However, these ports used by the
softphone are UDP and I cannot port forward those using Putty. Does
anybody have a solution or recommendations to try?

Thank you.
