My Vonage kit arrived today. :-(

My Vonage kit arrived today

I tried to setup my voice mail but I got this error "Sorry, an error has
occurred. Please try again later." When I dialed into the voicemail account
from my cell phone the line goes dead trying to change my PIN, which is
required so I can do nothing else
When I call my virtual number it is busy. When I plug the box in there is no
dial tone.

Not a good out of box experience. This stuff may be going back...........
