Default Importing juno Addressbook into Outlook Express

I have tried as much as I can find in the instructions on importing comma
delimited addresses but I get a long, long list of single files named "Name"
and another group labeled "First Name" Then others labelled "Time" Alias,
Source etc. I have thousands of entries but nothing useful. Each entry will
become 10 entries but widely separated. I tried to convert Juno into msAccess
as the instructions suggested and it worked but the result was not
usable...Help!!!
