Installed SP2, but when I shut down ,I get this error message.
Winlogon Exe- Application error.

The instruction at 0x5ad71012 referenced memory at 0x0000001b. The memory
could not be read.

The computer will then not shut down and just hangs until I press in the
button and hold to stop it.

Any ideas please for the cure ??
