Can anyone explain how to find an IP address of someone, who is chatting
with you: for an instance in MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger or any other
Instant Messenger.

Use TCPView
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/TcpView.html

With it open and you receive messages, their IP/DNS should be
displayed.
