I have worked on various helpdesks for a considerable time. I used to
work on the feeserve desk here in the UK. I was forced by the menagement
to move to France to work on the Willnadoo Desk. A couple of months ago,
they fired many of my friends. Things haven't been the same here since.

Are your staff working in the UK or in India (or similar location)?

If your service department is centred in the NW of the UK ( preferably
NW Wales), then I might be able to help you provide a practical rather
than littoral service, ( I was thnking about Wm Goat's attempt at
service).

If you are of sound mind, of a reasonable temperament, and incapable of
pregnancy,(or prepared to have surgical intervention in order to make this
impossible) then I would happily employ you on a flexible,non-contractual
,performance reviewed kind of of basis.
With office premises in central Bangor, of course.
