In windows XP it's easy to show the folders task pannel on the left,
even the help tells you how to do that, what it doesn't tell you is HOW
TO SHUT IT OFF!
In another subject, is there an ASCI code for the letter Omega? the
symbol for Ohms?
Thanks!

Open any folder, Tools, Folder Options, check "Use Windows classic folders", "Apply", OK

Click Start, Accessories, System Tools, Character Map.
(%SystemRoot%\System32\charmap.exe)
