First off, there's no such thing as a "pentium 4 celeron" ... There
is an Intel Celeron and an Intel Pentium 4.

Well actually... The current Celerons use Pentium 4 architecture, so they
are Pentium 4 class Celerons, as opposed the Pentium III class Celerons
which use Pentium III architecture, and Pentium II class Cel... get the
drift?
