I ran spy baster search and destroy and adaware but these pop ups persist
telling my windows registry is screwed etc.

How do I get rid of these please someone ?

You might try CWShredder and HiJackThis. Don't just wing it with HJT,
it's a little more involved than other utilities. Post your logfile to
http://hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english or even this group for
assistance.

Are these pop-ups from Windows? Do they say Net Message? Specifics....

Yeah they do, I also have a problem wherby I am prompted to dial up again.
It gives a website or net address with it.

You have the DELF.BZ Virus and the Win32.Rbot.H WORM.

Paste your hijack log here http://hijackthis.de/en and notice you have
a real problem with Win32.Rbot.H

Caused no doubt by having no firewall, virus checker, and a system
that hasn't been upgraded in awhile.

You also need to update your operating system. You have no service packs
installed, go to www.windowsupdate.com and install service pack 2 and all
the other updates.
