[WinXP] boot sequence - network drives and wireless network

OS: WinXP Pro SP2

We have a workstation using a wireless connection (Netgear WG311 from
memory) that is having trouble restoring network drives on boot. Not
sure if it is because the network drive connection is being attempted
before the wireless connects. The network drives are mappings to a
samba server running all the time.

I do not know how to specify the XP boot sequence to force the wireless
to connect before the network drives. Is there a way? Or am I barking
up the wrong tree?
