For an unknown reason, I keep getting the following message from McAcfee
SpamKiller. "Failed to scan e-mail account: lapasada3cox.net. Reason:
Count not connect to the e-mail server pop3.west.cox.net. Please check the
account settings.

My settings are correct. Could the problem be that I have a hard wired
network system. My main computer has McAfee Spam Killer e-mail scan and my
second computer on the network system has the Norton Anti-Virus Software
installed. Is having anti-virus software in both computers a problem?

We are unable to send or receive mail on the second computer. HELP.
LaPasada.

I had a similar message the other day. I have similar software and set up
on three computers. McAfee came out with an upgrade. Did you install it?
After I installed it, I had to shut my computer off. After turning it on,
it worked fine.
