I remember a while ago, I blocked some senders whose email was unsolicited.
At that time I am sure that outlook express gave you the option to block the
senders domain. I don't have that option in outlook express now. Is there
some way I can do it.

you can also goto message-->create rule from message
if the offending message is currently open
