Hi folks

Can anyone tell me where I go in the registry editor to change the settings
for Internet Explorer as it has been hijacked.

Can someone also tell me what the value should be set at?

Thanks
Sean

It's not any particular registry setting for IE is it?

Usually if you have been hijacked, then something like the log file from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
HijackThis will list the registry entries.

See the many HijackThis posts where the logs are posted.

Hi Sean,
The value has to bet set to 0 (zero)
Your system will work fine after a reboot.

Here is a little hint for you,

Registry exported to a 51.5MB file, 511599 lines.

InternetExplorer - appears on 20 lines.

Internet Explorer - 2203 lines.
