Default Access Denied to my own stuff

TIA to anyone who takes the time to try and assit me. Have an 80 GIG SATA
HDD with XP installed that I was running on a PC that died. HDD still works
though. I installed the 80 on another PC with a 120 GIG SATA drive.
Although I cannot boot from the 80 I can still access it when I boot from
the 120. However I cannot access the User folder. I keep getting an access
denied error message. Help! all my music and family pictures are in that
folder. PS I've tried setting up my User Name and Passwords to be the same
as the other machine, but it didn't work. Any suggestions would be great

Fire up help and Support and type in "take ownership" (without the quotes)
and see if this helps.
