Computer Support - Attachments outlook express

Hi everybody,
I changed from Win 98 to Win XP and since that time I cannot open
attachments sent to me.
Can anybody help me ? Thanks!

A Google search on the *actual* error message would have turned up
*thousands* of hits.

Tools, Options, Security, un-tick the box do not allow attachments..

What happened is that you installed OE6, which is set
by default to not open attachments. I don't have 6,
there is a box that needs un-checking in one of the tabs
in TOOLS > Options.
