Any chance you'd care to provide some *basic* information, like what is the
type of computer? What is the Operating System?

I can probably guess, but that's not what I'm here for, now is it?

Right-click "My Computer", "Manage.
Expand "Local Users and Groups", "Users"
Ignoring your account and the Administrator account, right click each of the
other accounts, select "Properties", and check the box, "Account is disabled",
"Apply", "OK"
You'll probably see ASPNET, Help Assistant, Support, and Microsoft.net
framework. Just disable them. (They were installed during one of the updates)
Now you should boot right to the desktop again.
