hi

try downloading symantec norton internet security.
its a great program with lots of features including realtime virus
protection.
if u need advanced features try norton internet security pro
ok have fun

There are great programs out there to help you with Internet Security
the best one out there would be Internet Security by Symantec and if
you would like to go a little more advanced you could always use
Internet Security Pro

You have GOT to be kidding!!
NIS is guaranteed to kill (or maim almost beyond repair) any Win9x system
it's installed on - and isn't much better on WinXP
