The Fed govt releases a statement on the increase % of the consumer price
index in january, but would someone have a reasonable idea of what that %
will be ?

Demand for fuel oil is about to go up, so I'm going to guess 2% based on
this: http://www.statcan.ca/english/Subjects/Cpi/cpi-en.htm
