UniCom CAT6 6-conduct keystone jack on traditional 4-conduct phone line

Hi all, I've been working on a wallplate with CAT6 ethernet jack, coaxial
cable jack and CAT3 6-conduct jack for phone line. The ethernet jack is just
perfect, just that I can't get the cat3 jack to work with traditional
4-conduct phone cord.

I have tried to patch the 4 conducts to 2-3-4-5 pin of the CAT3 jack but
still no luck.

Did anyone has deal with this before?
