Lo All

I have surfed thru google and found loads of stuff about trojans.

But didn't see anything on the "agent.5.h" dee 3's and 1's but not 5's. Also
poads about "psw" god knows what that is.

So ..... i have 2 of the "trojan horse downloader.agent.5.h"

1 .. sits in C:\windows.exe
2 .. sits in C:\windows\system\explorer.exe

Can u point me in the right direction to get rid of them???????

many thanks

D

PS... look out for my next query post it is a "scorcher"

Hi Rob

As far as i can tell - all AVG did was tell me it found them.

It never asked me what i wanted to do.. i kinda assumed that it would "fix"
it automatically - but that does not appear to be the case.

I checked in the "virus vault" but it was empty.

When i scanned a floppy disk with AVG it found a virus and a pop-up window
appeared with a grey coloured looking SHREK asking me what i wanted to do ie
ignore it -delete it - heal it etc etc i opted for heal it and then i got a
another pop-up confirming it had been healed.

So all i have now are these trojans whatsits to get rid off

regards

D
