In WinXP...... Go to Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup, & let it
do the scan for files to clean up safely (will take a short while).
Click on Temporary Internet Files & hit the View Files button. Click
the Folders button on the toolbar, & you should be able to navigate for
it from here......you will see Content.IE5; your numbered folder will be
within that. You can delete the individual file or All folders within
Content.IE5.....as I do.
