How do I get rid of browser hijacker?

My son had a search bar called Mysearch and I have not been able to get rid
of it all.

I have got SpywareGuard which keeps on popping up every 10-15 seconds with
warning. I also have Spyware blaster and Spybot search & Destry and now also
PestPatrol and none of them seem to get rid of this.

See log below. Software is XP Pro. I have downloaded Firefox, but the
warning comes up soon as the PC is booted. I have delted in registry
everything to do with MySearch.
