Default MSN Messenger settings

How do I stop having a "Click below to sign in:" with my email address below
it and a button saying "Sign In" when I open the MSN Messenger program.

This means that anyone using the computer can just click it and sign in as
me without being asked for a password.

I've un-checked all the boxes in Tools/Option/General tab/Sign In section
and still it does it.

TIA
