where has all the color gone ???
against my better judgement I downloaded sp2 on my compac 5000 computer. It
hasn't had any adverse effect on any programs so far. I do have 1 annoying problem. when I am not using the computer and it go's on standby all the colors on the desktop fade. I have a samsung syncmater997df monitor. Any thoughts on where the color gos and how to fix it? If I reset the screen resolution the color comes back until the next time the thing goes on standby. You folks have helped before so thanks in advance Bob S. RAS |

Why do you need colour in standby mode?

I quess I worded it wrong Mike. When it opens after being on stansby the
color is all washed out!! Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?
