Personally, these guys sound like a bunch of SOBs, to me. You paid for
a new system to be delivered the next day. They didn't deliver it
because they "only had systems with the extra RAM available." I would
call this dishonest as they are trying to do the old "bait and switch"
con. So, as of now, not only have they failed to deliver the laptop in
the manner in which they promised, they tried to con you into buying
more RAM from them. I would dump them before they try something else.
