Ok, here are my issues. I customize all my icons, but I have problems
with the my computer and recycle bin icons. Whether I use microangelo
or the 'customize desktop' option under the display properties the
icons are always reset to default when I reboot or shut down and
power back up. Also, windows sounds always re-enable themselves every
single time I restart or shut down and power back on. I hate the
windows sounds because I listen to alot of music and then I get an
error an WHAM really loud noise. I disable them, reboot and they're
right back on again, its really starting to annoy me greatly. any
help is very much appriciated.
