I just noticed tonight that when I type an e-mail, as soon as my new message
window opens up, there are no icons for send, cut, paste, clipboard, etc.

It's not that their gone, the tool bar is just hidden. I noticed at the left
side of this window, there is a vertical dotted line that indicates a
toolbar that isn't locked.

When I left click on this line, the toolbar returns, but I don't find any
option for locking it.

I just noticed this tonight. I installed PGP 6.58 tonight. Could that have
done it? I tried to do a system restore, but there aren't any accessable
dates.

TOOLS>>VIEW>>LAYOUT. Job done.

Didn't work. I don't have the problem in Outlook Express' Newsreader, but I
do in the mail program.

Click on create mail, then right click on the top where File, Edit, etc.
are and check toolbar.
