OK, thanx but it doesn't look like that was it. 'Lock IE Control Panel....'
was unchecked. I also checked the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer and that key
"Internet Explorer" appears to be missing.
